That is… the perfect ratio of fats, protein and carbs that would trigger ketosis within days – without any side effects at all.
And more importantly, keep the body in a ketogenic, fat-burning state, without leading to hunger.
Chris spent every second of his spare time analyzing and testing thousands of ingredients, and performing hundreds of tests on mice in his laboratory.
But finding the keto “sweet spot” was proving a tough nut to crack.
It was grueling work, and both of us came close to giving up many times.
